We had a wonderful stay during the weekend of my daughter's graduation! It was very clean, charming, with lots of character and practicality! It was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Magnolia. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed being walking distance to Magnolia Silos and in the heart of downtown Waco. Very cute place and the snacks were a hit, especially after a long day of travel. Very relaxing atmosphere and perfect for a girls getaway trip!

Cleanliness could be improved. The most important point is that, although the description states that the property can accommodate five people, it can only accommodate four. As there were five of us, we had to contact the manager and provide bedding for a sofa (not a sofa bed) to create a sleeping space for the fifth person. The property is not really suitable for five guests.
