After a day of skiing down the mountain, all your guests are going to want a turn in the private hot tub. The hot tub is located on the covered back deck - making it a great spot to unwind year round.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

Parking Info: There is room for a maximum of 2 cars.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

The main level of the home is an open floor plan, connecting a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating placed around a gas fireplace and Smart TV. The Smart TV is prepared with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu. WIFI is also available throughout the home.

The kitchen is prepared with plenty of counter space and all appliances needed to whip up tasty treats and mouth-watering meals. Dine over a home cooked meal at the dining table with seating for 6, or dine alfresco on the balcony. The balcony is clad with a gas BBQ and patio table so you can dine, drink, and unwind with the gorgeous forest and filtered lake view.

The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, a peaked roof and a private balcony; it also includes a chaise lounge facing the door outside, so you can relax and take in the view. The master bedroom shares the upstairs with a cozy room with one queen and one twin bed. Downstairs, there’s another bedroom that has a queen bed.

Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.

Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
