A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Tucked at the quiet end of Campbell Grove, this one punches well above its size. It's a two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in a small, contemporary complex, with genuinely breathtaking penthouse-style views over Melbourne's skyline the kind you don't expect this far from the city. Open-plan living, light-filled water gardens, and modern interiors make it comfortable for four guests, with enough flexibility for families to make it work too.
The Space
60m townhouse, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one carpark.
What You Actually Get
The main bedroom has a proper pillow-top queen, and the second room has two singles useful if you're travelling with kids or don't want to share a bed. There's also a separate study that doubles as a third bedroom if you need to fit a portacot in. Step out onto the city-facing balcony for 180-degree views over the CBD and surrounding suburbs genuinely one of the better reasons to get up early here, coffee in hand. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped, there's your own laundry, and the master ensuite has a double basin with real storage, not an afterthought squeezed into a corner. Both bathrooms come with towels and hairdryers sorted. Reverse cycle heating and cooling cover the whole place, and there's a 50 Smart TV for the nights you stay in.
The Location, Without the Spin
This is a genuinely walkable pocket of Northcote a Walk Score of 89, if you like your claims backed by numbers. The 86 tram (Waterfront City DocklandsBundoora RMIT) is a 3-minute walk, and you're surrounded by cafs, restaurants and shops without needing to go far for any of them. Merri Park and Baden Morgan Reserve are both close by for a stroll or a picnic. Northcote itself is vibrant without trying too hard proper bars, good cafs, and a cinema down at Westgarth Village if you're after a night out that doesn't require a tram into the city. Being able to walk to the Peacock Pub in under 3 minutes is the kind of local detail that makes a stay here feel less like visiting and more like actually living there for a while and the CBD view with your morning coffee is the sort of thing people genuinely miss once they leave. Public transport is well covered too, with five nearby railway stations and easy tram access into the city and beyond.
