Centrally located and comfortable, bright and welcoming, it will welcome you to one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the Salute district, home to the “punta” of the same name—also known as Punta della Dogana—where you’ll find some of the city’s leading contemporary art museums: the Guggenheim, the Pinault Foundation, and the Vedova Foundation.
You’ll be just a short walk from the Zattere, a sunny promenade along the Giudecca Canal, from where the main waterbus routes depart for the train station, the Lido, the smaller islands, and the airport. In just one minute, you’ll reach the Gallerie dell’Accademia, and the bridge of the same name will take you toward St. Mark’s Square. The magnificent Basilica della Salute is nearby.
From the airport, ACTV Bus No. 5 will take you to Piazzale Roma, where you can take public water buses (vaporetti) No. 6 or 5.1, which stop at “Zattere.” A representative will be there to greet you at the “ZATTERE” stop for public water transport (ACTV vaporetto)

Each person staying in this apartment will pay 3 euros per night. The tax applies only to the first five days; additional days are tax-free. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is big and roomy. The location is off the tourist path. It is maybe a few short minutes to the Accademia Bridge. Beautiful view up and down a small canal. Add the very welcoming Giovanna and you are comfortably in the Venice.

Well equipped apartment on small canal but within short walk to Grand Canal and lots of restaurants and cafes.
Check in excellent and personal. We asked for early check in and were accommodated even though they aren’t usually able to do this.
Location, location, location!!

Exellently located and spacious first floor apartment in a quiet area a short walk from water bus stops. Kitchen was well equipped and functional, though there is no oven, and the furniture is basic but functional and comfortable. The amenities included wifi which worked well except with our chromecast streaming device. There was even detergent provided for the washing machine which was a nice touch. There are also mosquito repellent devices provided and we recommend using them, we didn't the first night and were bitten lots but using them on subequent nights seemed to help I'd also recomment wearing a spray or cream at night. We enjoyed our first visit to Venice, and our stay in this apartment, enourmously and the only negative was the lack of pre-arrival communication. Despite messaging weeks ahead with our flight times and requesting check-in instructions there was no reply or to subseuqent reminders. After becoming increasinly concerned at the lack of response I eventually contacted customer services a few days before our arrival and they managed to prompt the owner to respond to our messages. We were then given clear and easy to follow instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport using public transport and about the tourist tax we'd have to pay, and were told a late check in was OK (a subsuent message informed us a small fee would be charged) so it was all fine in the end.
