The Bluff House is located in the exclusive Estates section of Margaritaville resort and is famous for having some of the best views of the lake. There is nothing like watching an Ozark sunset from one of our three decks or relaxing with a glass of wine in our hottub.
Our home is designed to accomodate large groups and families. Every one of our bedrooms is spacious and offers comfortable beds, private sitting area, in room television and a private deck. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom as well. You will appreciate the large open living room and dining room area as well as one of the only sunrooms in a home on Margaritaville that allows for 180 degree views of the lake.
Our kitchen is well stocked with all of the items that you need to prepare meals and a grill is provided as well as ample outdoor seating so you can enjoy your time at the lake.
You will see why our guests come back year after year.
Our home is located in the Estates section of Margaritaville and guests have access to the community outdoor pools from May-September. Additionally, for additional fees guests can contact the resort and utilize their Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark, bowling alley, miniature golf, spa, arcade, billards bar, horse riding stables, fitness center, the Landshark bar with swimup bar and beach, and three other dining restaurants. The resort offers several other outdoor pools that are available seasonally as directed by the resort. If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with access to a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship Golf Course.
If you are bringing a boat there is a convenient unloading area as you enter the resort and you can rent a boat slip at Margaritaville during your stay. They also offer onsite boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals. Our house is located at the 25 MM in the center of everything.
There is parking for four vehicles and additional parking available at designated resort lots.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bluff house! The home was beautifully decorated, spacious, had gorgeous views, and was located in a great neighborhood. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with so many options for cooking, which made meals easy and enjoyable.The host also provided the cutest welcome gifts, which was such a thoughtful touch. She had a gift for the bride and adorable flip flops for the bridesmaids. We especially appreciated the abundance of toiletries available throughout the home.We did have an issue with the hot tub losing water twice, but the hosts responded quickly each time and came right over to take care of it. Their responsiveness and hospitality were greatly appreciated.We would absolutely recommend this property for either a relaxing weekend getaway or a full week at the lake! The sunset view from the deck is gorgeous! Our only regret was that we didn’t get to stay longer!

Wonderful property! The house was very private and quiet with plenty of living space and a beautiful 180 degree view of the Lake. Irma made check in/check out seamless. Would rent again 100%.
