Welcome to Grey Wind Lodge, your Gatlinburg family retreat with breathtaking views and three resort pools! We're located near your favorite attractions like Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Anakeesta! Grey Wind is perched atop the beautiful Cobbly Nob neighborhood, bordering The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Come enjoy the warm and welcoming home we made for your family.

• Slight hill leading up the driveway, but with a flat, level parking area. No hills or stairs to climb
Guest Access
The cabin is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
You'll drive right up to Grey Wind Lodge. Keyless entry with door code is provided in your Check-in Instructions. Let us know if you have questions!
In addition to mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with:
• Up to 800 Mbs High-Speed Wi-Fi
• Washer/Dryer
• Municipal water, not well water
Check-in Time is 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM (please contact us if you need to check in after 11:00 PM ET). Check-out Time is 10:00 AM.
All persons must be 25+ unless accompanied by an adult. While children are always welcome, Grey Wind Lodge is not toddler/baby-proof and children must be supervised at all times. Pet fee applies if bringing dogs (up to 2) and must be added to your reservation at time of booking. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 charge.
The cabin is tucked away and private! You will have the entire place to yourself.

Remember, we're in the woods. You will certainly see critters and maybe even some bears! Always be aware of your surroundings. Never approach wildlife.
The cabin is in the mountains. Even though Cobbly Nob has among the best maintained and easiest roads to navigate, the roads are indeed winding and hilly. Please purchase travel insurance as we cannot guarantee the cabin will be accessible during or after a weather event. Refunds are not available due to inclement weather or impassable roads.
The driveway is paved and uphill, but not too steep. Parking Area is paved and flat. Please keep vehicles on paved surfaces. A maximum of three vehicles are permitted on the property without prior approval.
Our heat and A/C work wonderfully! However, the safe operating range is between 67 and 76 degrees F. Thermostat settings outside of this range may be altered to ensure the system functions as expected.
IMPORTANT VEHICLE NOTE: Please keep your vehicles locked at all times. Bears can and will enter vehicles in search of food. Bears can become trapped in the vehicle, which is extremely dangerous for them. Please help our bear populations and lock your vehicle at all times. Grey Wind Lodge, its owners, or staff are not responsible for any damage to vehicles that may occur on the property.

Cabin was beautiful my only complaint was there where not 3 pools available, only one was filled with water, which was not very big if 10 people where in pool it was very crowded. Grandsons were very disappointed they like to swim and weather was very hot and humid. I feel an adjustment on my rental fee should be considered since the pools are not as they are advertised would have maybe chose a different rental had I known that. Host was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Beautiful cabin! Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location was very close to the wedding we were there to attend but it was still easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Host responded to messages promptly.

The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. The cabin has a great flow, worked really well for our family of 5 and we loved the game room!However, there were a few things that were disappointing during our stay:-The fridge was not cold when we arrived, and since this is somewhat remote, we had already driven around 30 minutes with the groceries so we were worried about our cold/frozen items going bad.-The hot tub lid was a wreck. The styrofoam was all busted so when we tried to remove it, sediment from the water went into the hot tub so it was dirty while we were there. The owner did respond to this and said they hoped to have a replacement before we got there, but it didn’t arrive on time so they gave a refund, which was appreciated. -The biggest disappointment for us was the pool situation. The property advertised 3 pools to use, one just around the corner from our cabin (and a huge driver for us selecting this property). After arriving, we learned that pool was closed. The second closer pool was open for 2 days, then it was shut down the rest of our trip. And the last one was under construction. As a summer vacation, our kids were really looking forward to swimming so this was really disappointing. -The last frustrating piece was the lack of communication from the owner. Initially he responded to my messages, but I sent two with absolutely no response, but I got two (seemingly) automated messages. It was really frustrating.
