Snowshoe our private trails blanketed in pristine snow to explore the estate filled with native wildlife and natural beauty. Our trails boast unique terrain and border streams all of which connect you to the natural world around you. Alternatively, venture out to hike the nearby trails for a deeper connection with the White Mountains with trails including (but not limited to) Franconia Ridge Loop, Mount Moosilauke, Welsh Dickey Loop, Mount Pemigewasset, Artists Bluff Trail, Peaked Hill Pond Loop, Polar Caves Park, Staple Rock Park, Smarts Brook, and Mad River Trailhead.

**River Recreation** - Across the street you will find the Pemigewasset River where guests can use the public boat launch minutes away to enjoy tubing, kayaking, or canoeing on the river.
