The property consists of two vilas one next to the other. Both villas are modern decorated, built by the sea, overlooking the Aegean blue. The guests can enjoy the awesome sunsets and relax by the pool. They are fully equipped to accommodate up to 21 guests. The beds have comfortable quality mattresses and there is aircondinioning in all bedrooms and living areas. It is surrounded with small beaches and the nearest on is 80m from the front door.
Both vilas have 4 bedrooms and each one can accommodate up to eleven guests with comfort. On the ground of each vila there is a comfortable sitting area with a smart TV, fireplace, dinning area and office area with a single sofa bed and a fully equiped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor of villa 1 there are 3 bedrooms, a common area with a sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor of vila 2 there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the spaces are bathed in plenty of natural light, and the house is well ventilated with lots of windows. The outdoor areas are large and well furnished. Each vila has its own BBQ, outside dinning area and pergola by the pool.

Kiki, the host and owner, is amazing! She was so helpful with our requests. Having never been to Kea before, Kiki gave us a ton of information. The villas has the most amazing views and is very walkable to the beach. This house is excellent for big groups and gives everyone their own space. We were able to have chef prepared dinners at the home to make for more relaxing no-fuss evenings. We would love to come back and visit again!

Our vacation with friends, was a complete succes from the beginning onwards. We could relax from the first moment and we felt really comfortable. Kiki welcomed us so kinfly and also she helped us with mayn other little things and this made the vacation perfect. The house and teh loaction simply a dream.

We reneted both houses and the view was amazing! The pool and the outdoorplace was perfect. Kiki was a great host, she helped us with everything!
It was 5 km to the nearest supermarked and 1km to the nearest resturant, so we recomend to have a car.

We were 4 families (8 adults and 10 children). We rented both houses and we spent 11 days there. These houses are very well located. They are full equipped (air conditioning, BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine…). The swimming pool is just incredible (infinity pool). From the front of the house, the view is also incredible, the sunset hour is just perfect. There are several beaches all around the houses (restaurant and aquatic entertainment). Kea is a nice island, you can visit archaeological sites, you can walk in the mountain and / or simply enjoy the beaches. We got a very warm welcome from Kiki. She gave us advices regarding things to look for around the house, regarding the restaurants and where we could find the best products
