With meticulous attention to detail, the apartment is comfortable and elaborately decorated. It's all there, so you can give yourself a treat. From the fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker, filtered drinking water from the tap and SodaStream to the art of the young South African artist Lionel Smit, Bluetooth music system and wireless TVs.
Bedroom with wooden floor, access to the terrace. Bath en suite with bath / shower, magnifying mirror.
The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday as well as for business people thanks to the fast, free Internet and WiFi Printer.
Enjoy the view of the countryside, on the water, Table Mountain and Lions Head. The large terrace is equipped with table and chairs, sun loungers and umbrella. If you like, you can swim right in the channel in front of the apartment.

Our host, Heiner, was amazing! Welcoming, informative and communicative — he was a great help answering our questions about everything from unit amenities to Uber pickup location. The property has top quality (Miele) appliances and is stylishly furnished for a classy South African modern feel. The location is perfect for pedestrian access to the V&A and quite convenient with two garage parking spaces if you rent a car. We found that the onsite property manager’s housekeeping service was a bit lacking, but I am very picky so probably not an issue for most guests. The complex is gated with lots of security presence and we felt very safe. We would definitely recommend Heiner’s Cape Town pad for anyone who wants a comfortable home base for exploring the Mother City!

After 10 days on safari, this apartment was a welcome change. We'd been cautioned by many about safety in Cape Town but we always felt safe in this apartment even though it was on the lower level. We walked everywhere on the waterfront - day or night. It looks exactly like the pictures so it was a lovely place to relax at the end of each day. Communication with the host and management company was effortless; they even sent tips for restaurants, bars, and shopping prior to our trip. I would highly recommend.
