This is a $3m beach front property that sits on Maine's most beautiful beaches. Two Bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, spacious living area. Beautiful hard wood flooring throughout. Windows everywhere, open floor living, dining and kitchen area. Air conditioning, 2 King size beds in one bedroom and another King size bed in the other. Twin size day bed can be set up in second bedroom. Spectacular ocean views! Located 0.7 miles from downtown Old Orchard Beach. Carport and rear property parking available for up to 4 vehicles. An ideal property for one or two small families or a small group of friends to enjoy each other's company in this open floor plan, exquisite beachfront property.
For everyone's safety and protection of our property we have installed one surveillance camera on the outside of the property only. This camera was installed to the side of the property, located 15 yards away from the entrance door across the carport. The camera faces the entrance door, carport and driveway. It records people as they approach the house. The camera's range is approximately 100 yards. If you have any concerns about our outdoor surveillance system feel free to message me.
The perfect getaway for small families or a small group of friends to get together & enjoy Old Orchard Beach's beautiful sandy beach, spectacular ocean view & fun that the town offers. From great seafood restaurants like Baileys Seafood Restaurant & Josephs By the Sea to fast food by the pier including our favourites - Pier Fries & Bill's Pizza. Common questions:
Can I walk into town from this property?
Yes, of course. The downtown area of Old Orchard Beach is only 1/3 mile. One can easily walk along the beach to the pier and up the main street. Or one can walk along West Grand Ave. It too is a nice walk with safe sidewalks on either side of the street.
Do you rent in the off-season? fall, winter and early Spring time?
Yes. We rent our property year round. Popular off-season dates include Columbus day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years' Eve, Valentine's day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend.
What is the weather like in Old Orchard Beach, Maine in May, June, July, August & September, October? Typical temperatures are as follows:
May: mid 70's
June: mid to high 70's
July: mid 80's
August: low to mid 80's
September: mid to high 70's
October: mid to high 60's
Is it too cold to enter the sea in the summertime?
Absolutley not! beach goers are in the ocean throughout the summer. In mid July 2021 the ocean temperature reached 74 degrees!
Can I book this property to host an event?
Over the years we have hosted weddings, memorial services, graduations & Big birthday celebrations, reunions, & Work / group retreats.
Feel free to liaise with us about your desire to host an event at our property.
I am not sure what the final number of guests will be. I understand above 12 guests you charge $50 per person per night. Can I let you know what the final number will be closer to the date of my booking?
Yes, absolutely. This is very common. As soon as friends or family members see photos of the beachfront property their busy schedule often times opens up, and they wish to come along.
I am trying to book for next summer but I cannot locate any available dates why is this?
We have opened our calendar to accept new bookings for the summer of 2026. We accept Saturday to Saturday reservations only from the middle of June through the beginning of September with a 7 night minimum stay. If these dates do not work for you and your guests we recommend booking alternative dates in May, June, September or October as Old Orchard Beach is just as beautiful in the late Spring / early summer / late summer & early fall, or booking one of our other beach properties
For everyone's safety and protection of our property we have installed 2 surveillance cameras on the outside of the property only. The first camera is located just to the left of the front door. The second camera points at the rear entrance door and carport. It is attached to the side of the house, 15 yards away. It faces the rear entrance door. These cameras record people as they approach anyone of the two entrances to the house. The camera's range is approximately 100 yards. If you have any concerns about our outdoor surveillance system feel free to message me.
If there are any issues on the property, who do I contact and how quickly are you able to resolve these issues? All guests are given my personal cell phone. Should there be any major problem inside the house I ask guests to contact me right away. I will be sure to address any issue as expeditiously as possible.
Our family have been offering tourists accommodations in Old Orchard Beach for over 15 years.

We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups, condiments, etc). We were surprised to find very few cups and had to run back into town to buy our own. The few downsides of the property are outweighed by the good. If we’re ever in Maine again, we’ll be back.

Clean and modern, with a great deck to view the beach and ocean, and plenty of room for a group of people, I'd recommend this property to anyone.

Clean property. Towels were left in the dryer and clean dishes were left in the dishwasher, which I see as a cleaning service issue. Unit did smell strongly of pizza when we arrived but we could also smell coffee from the adjoining unit so it may have been from them. Condo/hotel units nearby that are higher than this property can see in bathroom windows because there are no window coverings. I didn't realize that this property was 3 levels with numerous stairs, which made it difficult for an older family member. Looking back at the pictures, I can see that there are multiple floors, but it would have been helpful if I had read that in the description.
