Absolutely no smoking in unit. $500 fine for any signs of smoking in unit or patio.
All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

Great place for my husband and I to stay for our son’s graduation from ASU. Loved the screened patio and close proximity to the pool.

Great place, could use a touch of TLC mostly in the master bath.Only big concern was the decorative curtains for the sliding door that offered zero late night privacy. The screen for the porch helps som, but I still made eye contact with a neighbor from the sofa.
