A short walk to iconic Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, this 2 level property epitomises holiday lifestyle. With 4 bedrooms capable of accommodating up to 8 guests, this is truly Noosa accommodation at its best.
If you are seeking a peaceful holiday, then this location will be ideal but if you are seeking something close to the action of Noosa - be it some night life, a great surfing beach, National Parks to wander and explore or great shopping in iconic Hastings St, this property can also meet all your needs.
* 4 bedrooms - King, Queen, 2 King Singles, 2 Singles.
* The 2 singles can be zipped together to make a Queen and the 2 King singles can be zipped together to make a King - if this is required it MUST be requested at time of making the booking.
* 2 bathrooms incl ensuite plus a separate powder room.
* Main bedroom and 2nd bedroom are downstairs. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are upstairs.
* Main bedroom features a King bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, air-conditioning and ceiling fan - a true parent's retreat
* Family bathroom on upper level is huge - and includes a large bath.
* Fully air-conditioned.
* Gourmet kitchen with a Euromaid cooktop and oven, Nespresso machine (bring your favorite pods), dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge/freezer with filtered water.
* Full laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine and separate clothes dryer.
* Living area features a 60" TV, Netflix, and Chromecast connectivity, plus air-conditioning and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

What a beautiful house! We totally enjoyed the space and the pool! Dan was super prompt with responses and very kind to let us checked in early when we arrived earlier than expected. The cleaning was pretty good, probably just the bedside tables need a wipe down. The BBQ was one of the cleanest we've seen in holiday homes. Super convenient location. We highly recommend it!

A lovely place ideally situated between Noosaville and Noosa Head not walkable but close by to the ferry to take you to Hastings St and plenty of buses. Clean and tidy. Pool cleaners came to clean debris fallen from overhead in to the pool. The poolside tiles are tired so care needed when walking around. Rooms a good size and bathrooms modern. Kitchen good and well equipped. The communication from Dan excellent.

Having selected the property based on it being advertised as luxury, we were pretty disappointed. The house is very very tired and very poorly designed and appointed. Beds upstairs were uncomfortable, very few amenities were provided (each bathroom had one spare roll of toilet paper), washing machine was filthy, I could go on. While the location of the house is good - short walk to Hastings - and I get that the price was inflated for school holidays, there was nothing luxury about this home at all.We cannot recommend it to others.
