Just what my couple friends and I needed during our stay in Gainesville. Close to the airport and close to the Raceway.

Clean, easy to communicate with host, close to UF, only challenge was no dining table

Front door didn't lock easily and we had to call landlord to bring over keys (she was very responsive.) The inside of the house was clean and decent, but the exterior and yard are in poor condition. Location not convenient to University, Stadium, or downtown area.
