We had a lovely stay in this beautiful family home. It's about 45-50 mins walk to the centre of Biarritz, but only 5 mins or so walk to the train station, from which multiple buses run to the town centre on a regular basis, so really easy to get around.
We were delayed on arrival due to traffic, but Christine left the keys out for us and checked that we'd arrived, leaving a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, and helpful instructions for using all the appliances.
The only slight issue we had was initially not being able to use the air conditioning, which had been disabled. We'd specifically booked this house because it had air-conditioning in each bedroom and when we mentioned this, Christine helpfully told us how to re-enable it. We didn't need to use it much, but it was helpful as we acclimatized for the first few days.
Lovely accommodation and great communication with the hosts - would recommend!

The property is located in a nice quiet location on the outskirts of Biarritz. The house was all lovely and clean when we arrived, was extremely comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed for our stay.
The beach is a 30 minute walk away, or a 10 minute drive. The pizza store just down the hill from the house is highly recommended along with the bakery Laurent which is about a 10 minute walk away.
We had a lovely holiday in Biarritz and the surrounding area and would recommend this property as somewhere to stay.
