Pet-Friendly/Fenced Yard
The Space:
This pet-friendly, newly remodeled cottage is tucked away in an established community, but is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. It is less than 5 minutes to the local hospital and FLETC. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and a fully fenced backyard. There are all new, modern appliances, plus new flooring, cabinets, and countertops along with a covered carport. It is truly a home away from home.
You can also quickly get to St. Simons and Jekyll Islands in less than 15 minutes.
Other things to note:
There is a $50 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!
There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.
Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $120 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

This home was so stylish and comfortable. Everything was clean and my family was very impressed. What a great property. It was in an ideal location for anything that we wanted to do in this area.

We made a last minute trip to visit Georgia’s Golden Isles and this beautiful home was in the perfect spot! We were 23 minutes from St. Simons and 30 minutes from Driftwood beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The backyard was fenced and was the perfect area to let our dogs exercise and play! The home was stocked with anything you could need and the beds were super comfy. Stafford Oaks was the perfect home away from home!

The toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first time I touched it - gently. I coped with it during my stay. When I left I put it on top of the toilet so maintenance would know to fix it. If I were less naive I'd have put it back on the wall and tiptoed away. Now the owner is claiming I broke it. very irritating
