Welcome to Portside R4, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach! Portside Resort has loads of amenities including 3 community pools, 3 tennis courts, shuffleboard areas, and more. Portside R4 welcomes you with an open kitchen, living and dining area filled with natural light from large sliding glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of seating in the dining area, which will make your meals a pleasure. There are sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people with a king master bedroom (featuring a new Tempur-Pedic mattress) and a king guest bedroom on the second floor, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy the 5-minute walk to the beach or, after you have your parking permit, drive to the front and park next to the office and walk directly across the beach. The choice is yours! Whatever you decide, you will discover why families love to visit Portside R4!
Located only 3 miles from Pier Park, Portside Resort sits on 16 acres and offers easy beach access right across the street. So, you will find sugar-white sands and emerald waters only a short walk away. This complex has 3 community pools on site (one seasonally heated), 3 tennis courts, a shuffleboard area, a hot tub, and a club house. Being on the quiet west end and covered in beautiful palm trees and peaceful landscaping, Portside Resort is idyllic for families seeking a calm, relaxing beach experience.

We had a great stay. In fact, we didn't want to leave. This condo is on a very large resort atea which is very quiet. The people we talked to were very pleasant and we felt safe. The condo itself is very updated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to come back.

We had a really good experience!! It is a far walk to the beach after doing it 6 times you can park in any visitors spots after you get your pass so you can park across the street and walk everything was clean plenty of towels and all the necessities

We had such a great time and the recently remodeled Portside Condo was amazing. 10 out of 10 recommended!
