This is a self contained open plan guest house with kitchen area, bathroom, bedroom and living area with a king sized bed.
THE SPACE
This stylish and comfortable self-catering guesthouse is situated in the heart of Somerset’s world-famous Cheddar Village, home to the spectacular Cheddar Gorge and Caves and birthplace of the UK’s most famous national cheese.
‘The Stables’ is within walking distance of the local attractions, as well as five pubs and an excellent selection of restaurants and cafes. We also have a local butcher, chemist, post office and two supermarkets close by.
The Stables has been lovingly renovated into spacious, well-designed accommodation, providing a clean, comfortable and contemporary holiday home.
Although the guesthouse is ideally suited for two adults, the double sofa bed (at the end of the king size bed) means that we can accommodate another adult/child as well. There is also plenty of space for you to bring a cot/travel bed for younger children or babies. Additional bedding can be supplied on request.
Facilities include:
• Driveway parking
• Private garden
• Super comfy king size bed
• Double sofa bed
• Fitted kitchenette – with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle
• Lounge area
• TV and DVD player (plus a DVD selection)
• Shower room and towels
• Tea towels
• Iron and ironing board available on request
• Hairdryer
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the guesthouse directly from the parking area through a side gate and private garden.

driveway, and we walked or used public transport all week.
Weather couldnt have been better. Will definitely tell friends and family about The Stables. Only 1 hour from home!!!!

A remodeled horse stable very modern and clean. Nice patio area. Currently doing some remodeling but that did not detract. Hosts are very welcoming and attentive.

Tim and Tammy were so warm and welcoming when we arrived, the guest home is so nice with its own little garden space to hang out outside when you’re done exploring Cheddar. All the sites and sounds of Cheddar are so close to the property it really makes the stay that much better. I will be returning to the area many more times and will absolutely be looking to book this spot again.

Great location. Fantastic hosts. Many great walks near by. Beautiful village. 10/10 highly recommend. Clean room. Great bed. Private garden. Best stay I've had in England.
