Urban Grey is a calm 22 m² studio in the centre of Rethymno, styled in balanced shades of grey. It suits a couple on a city break or a remote worker, and sleeps up to 3 guests.

Central and quiet: the studio is five minutes from the Municipal Garden and near the Old Town, in a residential neighbourhood where quiet hours run from 23:00 to 08:00.

Balcony over the courtyard: large balcony doors open onto a furnished balcony that looks into the green foliage of the courtyard trees - a peaceful spot for coffee or reading.

Made for independent stays: a fully equipped kitchen, a table that works for both dining and laptop work, Wi-Fi and self check-in.

The space: one open-plan room with a queen bed, the kitchen and the dining table. A small wooden staircase leads to a split-level sleeping area for the third guest. Beds in total: 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. There is 1 bathroom with shower, and a large closet runs along the hall.

Practical: air conditioning, TV, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. We clean with green and organic products.

You have the entire studio and its balcony to yourselves, with a private entrance. The building`s garden courtyard is also available to guests. Wi-Fi, the fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels are included in your stay.

You check in on your own, so you can arrive at your own pace within the check-in hours. During your stay our service desk is reachable by message every day, from 09:00 to 18:00 and, from April to October, from 07:00 to 23:00. No one lives on site, so please tell our service desk as soon as something needs attention.

Urban Grey is in a quiet residential part of Rethymno city centre, five minutes from the Municipal Garden and near the Old Town. For everyday needs there is a supermarket about 700 m away and a pharmacy about 300 m away. The main sights are about 1.5 km away and the beach is about 1.4 km away.

You do not need a car in the city, and a bus station is within walking distance.

By road: Chania airport approx. 65 km, Heraklion airport approx. 85 km, Chania port (Souda) approx. 50 km, Heraklion port approx. 80 km.

Parking: free street parking around the building; no on-site parking.

Good to know before you book:

- Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 (self check-in) and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
- This is a 22 m² studio with no separate bedroom. The sleeping area for the third guest is on a split level reached by a small wooden staircase.
- There is no washing machine in the studio.
- Quiet hours are 23:00-08:00. The building is in a residential neighbourhood, so please keep noise low on the balcony and in the stairwell.
- No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
- Hot water is switched on at the electrical board and takes approximately 20 minutes to heat.
- Stays of up to 7 days include a cleaning visit with fresh towels every 4 days; longer stays include a full cleaning every 7 days.
- ID details are needed for all guests, as required by Greek law.
- No one lives on site.

THE APARTMENT

· Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation.
Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted.
· Smoking is permitted on the balcony only, never inside the apartment.
· No parties, events or gatherings.
· Pets are not allowed.
· Please keep windows and balcony doors closed while the A/C is running.

THE BUILDING

· Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00. We are in a residential neighbourhood and our neighbours live here year-round. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on the balcony and in the stairwell.
· Please dispose of rubbish in the municipal bins before departure.

GENERAL

· Please report any damage or malfunction to our service desk immediately.
· Hot Water: To turn on the hot water, please check the main electrical board for the fuse with the grey button. Press the grey button, and the water will heat up automatically within approximately 20 minutes.
· The cleaning schedule is as follows:
For bookings of up to 7 days, the cleaning lady comes every 4 days and provides fresh towels and amenities.
For bookings longer than 7 days, the cleaning lady provides a full cleaning once every 7 days, in addition to fresh towels and amenities.
· Guests are responsible for the keys. A replacement fee applies for lost keys. If you are locked outside, please call Locksmith (if you get locked out) at +30 697 405 4000.
· ID details are required for all guests, as required by Greek law.
