The Nest Villa is a five-bedroom villa that sleeps 16, with six bathrooms (five full, one half). It sits on an 11,000 square foot lot in Samaan Grove, a quiet gated estate in Canaan with 24/7 security, lakes and a private road that suits evening walks. The beach is about five minutes away, and Buccoo, Mt Irvine, Pigeon Point and No Man's Land beaches are close.
Outside, the private pool is surrounded by a large garden with shaded areas. The kids have a swing set and playset, there is a hammock, and the patio has a BBQ and outdoor kitchen with pot burners for group cook-ups. The photo gallery shows a gazebo and a wood-burning pizza oven by the pool. The pool is not fenced, so please keep an eye on little ones.
Inside, the villa has large air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious TV room with a large TV, indoor and outdoor music systems and classic video games, and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also WiFi, a washer and dryer, an iron, a hair dryer and free on-site parking.
Families with little ones: a crib, travel crib, high chair, children's books and toys, and pool toys are provided.
Sleeping arrangements: a master bedroom with a king bed, three bedrooms with two queen beds each, and a smaller fifth bedroom with a double bed and a crib. That sleeps 16.
Getting around: a car is recommended. The airport, supermarkets and Crown Point restaurants are a short drive away.
House rules: check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, with self check-in using a personal door code. No smoking inside, no pets, and no parties or events. Samaan Grove is a quiet residential estate, so the Nest is for family stays rather than events.

My family and I had a great time at the Nest Villa. It was as advertised. Check in and check out was very easy. The Security personnel had our information and they were friendly and professional. We enjoyed the layout of the house. The salt water pool was great to unwind and relax in after a fun day at the beach and sight seeing. There was lots of space in each bedroom. Communication with the host and managers was easy. The grill and kitchen appliances worked great. The AC units kept the house comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next Tobago visit.Thank you.

The property itself has the potential to be excellent. The showers do not drain properly & water pools inside the shower as soon as the shower turns on. There was a lot of cobweb and dust on the fume extractor in the washroom (not en-suite). The back door has rust and is difficult to close due to this buildup at the base and sides. A positive addition would be a retractable clothes line for hanging of wet clothing. The neighbor also washed all his slushy mud into the driveway of the property causing all our vehicles to become extremely dirty from the mud while entering and exiting the property. Persons staying here were very dissatisfied with this.
