Located just minutes from Lakeport and steps from the shoreline, you’ll enjoy direct lake access, a private floating dock, two spacious decks, hot tub, hard-shell kayaks, paddleboards, and all the comforts needed for a 5-star stay.
Whether you’re casting a line for Clear Lake’s legendary bass, grilling dinner overlooking the water, exploring Clear Lake State Park, or wine tasting at award-winning local vineyards — your stay offers endless ways to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Northern California.

Thoughtfully refreshed interiors include comfortable furnishings, abundant natural light, and interior lake views.
Main Level:
Open living area with large windows and serene water views
Modern furnishings + calming décor
Fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, spices, and olive oil
Dining table seats 6, plus 2 at the kitchen bar; outdoor table seats 6-8
Lower Level:
Newly updated lounge with sectional, smart TV, and board and arcade games
Wet bar for evening cocktails or family hangouts
Separate space for movies, gaming, or relaxing after a day on the lake

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs — NEW): King bed, lake view, lounge chair (converts to twin), smart TV, armoire
Bedroom 3: Downstairs - Twin bunk + two full beds — great for kids or extra guests
All linens, bath towels, and hot tub towels are provided.

Boat rentals are available seasonally within walking distance, and a free community boat ramp is nearby (vessel inspection required before launching).
Note: Clear Lake’s water level, dock height, and lake conditions fluctuate seasonally. We make every effort to maintain dock access but cannot guarantee water conditions at any given time.

A $500 security deposit hold applies to all bookings.
Hot tub is covered but not gated — supervise children at all times.
Dock and pier have no railings; flotation devices are strongly recommended for children.
Clear Lake wildlife is part of the charm — occasional visits from insects, birds, and critters are normal.
Ring security cameras monitor the driveway and back dock (for security and lake-level awareness only).

We had a great stay! The place is amazing with many extra. Coffee was furnished, the furnishings were very comfortable but also gave you were at d beach house on an island somewhere! Amber was very quick to help with and extra needs ! The VRBO was wonderful! We will go there again?

A lovely lakefront property in the heart of downtown Lakeport. Gorgeous outside space with everything a family could want......A great dock for fishing (our boys favorite pastime), life vests of every size, and paddleboards. Inside the kitchen is well equiped, beds cozy, towels fluffy. Decor is adorable. Multiple throws were much appreciated for watching the sunrise from the deck.
