We were in town for a wedding and needed a house with plenty of space to get ready and multiple bathrooms. This was the perfect house! Very clean with updated furnishings. Communication was great with the host! We would definitely stay here again when we are in town.

The location and rooms were very clean. All amenities were available, except for the barbecue grill. We enjoyed our stay and we were able to walk to local restaurants and stores as needed. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. The only item not listed was the stairs which made it difficult for the elderly to go up and down. We were 15 minutes away from downtown and grocery stores was only a mile away which was nice. We recommend as it is quiet and beautiful park across the street to take our evening walks. We stayed here along with 2 other couples. It was nice to each have our own bathroom and bedroom and a place to hangout in the living room. The only issue we ran into is that the couch was covered in dog hair. The listing states no dogs but there was definitely a dog with long hair before us. I ended up vacuuming the couch on my own because any time we sat on it, we were covered in dog hair.

Had a great time at this condo. very nice and awesome that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We all ran the Fargo Marathon, so if you are looking to do that or just hang out in Fargo, this is a great place to stay.
