Rooms are clean big enough for our party of 5.

This was a nice place for a large group of people. It is close to the boardwalk and beach. But there are a lot of stairs so be prepared to walk a lot. The place wasn’t super clean when we first got there although the hard wood floors were super easy to clean.

First of all we really enjoyed our stay! We loced being so close to the Boardwalk and the closeness to restaurants! Be aware there are lots and lots of stairs :) If you mind that you have to take that into consideration. We had our grandparents with us and there are 2 bedrooms on the second floor. None on the first. It worked but if it would've been a longer stay i probably wouldve had to read the description better. The kitchen/livingroom area is on the small side. I dont think you can fir 15 ppl in there comfortably. The couch cushion was very sat through and should probably be replaced at some point :) We did go off season so maybe that was why the apartment wasn't ultra clean. The sheets and towels were clean though which was great! All in all a great 5 day stay here!

The location was convenient and the unit was generally clean upon arrival. The host was responsive when we reached out and communication was appreciated. However, there were a few maintenance issues during our stay, including a kitchen sink problem that did not appear to be fully resolved. We also experienced some confusion regarding a reported smoke odor, despite nobody in our group smoking. Overall, the property was adequate for our trip, but a few maintenance and communication issues kept the experience from being better.
