Villa Mary, is a charming country villa with a private swimming pool set in the peaceful Sabina hills, just 50 km from Rome. The villa is part of the Santa Cristina Estate, a historic Italian country estate surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills where wine and excellent extra virgin olive oil are produced. Here guests can experience the authentic atmosphere of rural Italy while enjoying the privacy of a villa with its own garden and swimming pool.
The house is set in a large private garden with beautiful views over the surrounding hills. The private swimming pool (12 x 5 m) is exclusively for the guests of the villa and offers the perfect place to relax during summer days.
A spacious patio with pergola, barbecue and large wooden dining table is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors and experiencing the pleasure of traditional Italian al fresco dining.
Within the estate, guests can also enjoy several leisure facilities including a shared tennis court and five-a-side football pitch and a table tennis.
Villa Mary offers comfortable and spacious interiors, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The villa is perfect for a relaxing stay in the Italian countryside while exploring Rome and the beautiful regions of central Italy.

The AREA
Villa Mary is located in the beautiful Sabina region, an unspoilt countryside area known for its olive groves, vineyards, medieval villages and excellent local cuisine.
The location is ideal for exploring central Italy. Rome is about one hour away, while the regions of Umbria and Tuscany can easily be reached for day trips.
Nearby you can visit charming historic towns, archaeological sites and traditional villages where visitors can experience authentic Italian culture, food and wine.

We (two families, four adults and four kids) loved Villa Mary a lot! Everything was well taken care of, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was absolutely amazing.
The beds and towels were changed after one week, so no need for us to wash towels ourselves.
Contact with the property manager Mrs Daniela was very well and fast. She responded fast and solved the few issues we had immediately.
Location is very nearby a fabulous Italian restaurant (walking distance)! The road besides the house is a minor downside: people drive FAST there. The garden is well closed off so the road is not a safety issue, more a noise issue.
In total we had a fantastic stay at villa mary and really got to relax and enjoy Italy.

We wanted a place no too far from Rome , quiet , in which to stay off season , for a week with gran children
The weather was fine , sunny but not too hot
The place is clean , well maintained and a basket of wine , oil coffee , biscuits was a very nice touch.
The book gave us very useful addresses of delicious Italian food shops and takeaways.
It also listed nearby places to visit
The rooms are just right, comfortable and spacious.
The pool is great
The garden big enough for the children to play , yet remain within reach
And the countryside is marvellously quiet , with sometimes a distant engine noise to remind us we are in 2018...
We will definitely come back for a relaxed leisurely vacation

I had already stayed in the area before and loved it.
We wanted to take a holiday away from the busy season , but still with nice weather and warmth.
Being close to Rome , villa Mary was a perfect choice.
The lace was perfect when we arrived. the nice touch being the bottles of wine and olive oil and freshly grinned coffee.
The rooms are very comfortable and the countryside is very quiet , especially at night.
The swimming pool was very nice.
In the house book , we found nice shops , places that serve delicious Italian food ( also takeaway) and places to visit.
It was a leisurely vacation , with young children

We have been here 12 days with 2 families. Really a perfect house with wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. Beautiful location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Just one thing: there are 3 bathrooms but just one shower. But this could not bother us.
