The house was a very nice place to lay our heads for sure! Everything was clean and as expected just as the description has told us it would be. Being six moms away for a convention we immediately assumed there had been some big trouble with other tenants with the amount of rules that had been given us beginning at the booking to double check the occupants because if not we would loose or be charged extra. There is a laundry list of DO NOTS that made it very hard to relax in fear we would loose the hefty deposit. Down to messaging the owner half way through the stay to make sure our bottoms with something we had noticed.
The response of the owner was extremely timely and I hate to say anything negative. Like I said, we can only assume there were big problems with previous stays. Not my house not my rules. We abided and all was well but it came with extreme diligence on our part.

House was just right, location is great so the stay was good except the Internet was out all day everyday only working at night except the last day. It was it out all day. The Owner was responsive but unable to correct the issue.
