We’ve stayed at many beach houses along the A1A and this may be our new favorite! Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean. There were many games and activities at the house that everyone enjoyed, including the teenagers! We loved that the house is located in a quieter area but still only 9 minutes away from Publix and 20 minutes away from surf shops and restaurants. The owner was responsive and left great recommendations for restaurants. 10/10 vacation. We hope to visit again!

"Sand castles ARE magical!" this is a wonderful property that affords privacy plus great direct access to the beach and proximity to great restaurant experiences.The morning surprises of dozens of sea turtle tracks up the beach to lay eggs is an incredible added bonus!

Absolutely loved the house on the beach with beautiful views from everywhere. My family stayed there for a week for a family wedding in vero beach. Loved that we were just steps from the beach since we had small grandkids with us. The house was equipped with everything we needed.

We stayed here for 6 nights in May - we were in town for our son's graduation from Florida Tech. The house was a great base for us to relax in, whilst attending college events and saying our final farewells to lovely Melbourne, as College parents.The house is on a quiet stretch of beach and we really enjoyed the ease of access to it from the house. We used some of the beach supplies that the home offered - beach chairs, SUPs, paddle/ball game.The house itself is decorated to a high standard and everyone said the beds were comfortable. I loved all the colourful wallpapers in the bathrooms and laundry room. The bathrooms had shampoo and body wash on hand.The house is split over numerous levels, with all the bedrooms on the top floor - the views can't be beaten! All in all, this is a great house for those that can manage stairs! We did laugh at our daily step count and our circling of the living area, trying to remember which staircase took you up or down! We ate in several nights and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies for a party of 5 - my only suggestion would be the addition of a couple of larger saucepans! Our host, Gibbs, was super attentive, and he was also very understanding, when I drove over one of his sprinklers in the front yard! He also offered us early check in/late check out, without us even asking - that was much appreciated and great customer service!This is a great house and you won't regret booking it!
