Free secure parking directly behind the house in a gated community.
ROOM
Lovely view of the church and morning sun.
Second-floor bedroom accessed by two flights of stairs.
Double bed with petite en-suite shower room with rain shower.
This room has a sloping ceiling to one side.
PETS
Pets considered, please contact us to discuss.
BREAKFAST
As advertised we do not offer breakfast as there are 14 breakfast spots within a 5-minute level walk and a further 12 within a 10-minute walk.
Prices start at £4.49 for the Full English rising to £18 for the full gourmet.

TRANSPORT LINKS & BOAT TRIPS
Car is not required to enjoy what the near and surrounding area has to offer.
Excellent transport links - only a 15 minute level walk from the ferry, bus/coach & train stations.
From the Quay you can take numerous boat trips to Wareham, Swanage, Bournemouth, Brownsea Island or just around the harbour.

Kitchen available upon request.
LOUNGE
This is available for guest use.
LAUNDRY
Washing and drying can be arranged for a small fee.
SMOKING
You are welcome to have a cigarette on the patio.
