Come and relax in the sun and sand in this spacious second floor end unit with beautiful view, or just kick back in a reclining lounge chair by the heated pool. The private screened lanai offers nice gulf breezes and a view of the pool. Daily happy hour gatherings at the Tiki hut with gas grill right out front.(BYOB). Covered parking. Newly renovated with designer kitchen, new furniture and appliances. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking up a meal or whipping up a pitcher of margaritas. Walk to one of the nicest, biggest beaches in SW Florida. Beach chairs , umbrella, beach cart, and towels included. All you need is your bathing suit and flip flops! Pet friendly for one dog, 20 lbs or less.

Home away from home! It was perfect! We love this area of FMB. Great location, easy walk to the beach and to the farmers market on Tuesday and Thursday. The condo was perfect for the two of us & Moosey. It is very clean and comfortable. It has great layout and plenty of room. My husband was able to set up his computers in the 2nd bedroom to work from at night. I never heard him at all. The condo has everything you need. Even has beach equipment, chairs, wagon, umbrella. The property has a cute tiki hut with a Weber grill to use. We met some very friendly people at the tiki hut. My husband loved the covered parking. The pool area is really nice and convenient with plenty of chairs. Helga and Randall were very welcoming, even had a special treat for our dog and a towel hanging to wipe his feet which we really appreciated. They were readily available for any questions we had. We have been traveling to FMB/Bonita area for 10 years. We wish we had found their condo sooner. We cannot thank them enough, we absolutely plan to stay here again!

The property is well laid out with nicely furnished for 4. It has a great selection of serving and cookware. It also has a Keurig was a nice treat as we had brought a selection of coffee pods with us.Property is a couple of blocks to the beach, but that access was blocked off a week into our stay. Next beach access is approximately 5 blocks to the north.There is a lot of construction during the day, but overall a nice quiet location.

We had a great stay in this condo. Helga was very responsive to any/all inquiries before and during our stay. The house is well equipped, including beach supplies, bikes, etc. We would have considered booking again for next year but it is already booked for our dates. The only downside (which has NOTHING to do with this rental) is the island traffic. Once on the island, everything you need is within close range (restaurants, beach, marina, etc.) Leaving/returning the island must be timed well or you will spend an hour going 2 miles.
