Upper Village is a small picturesque oasis of peace, an old stone village, which is situated on the southern slopes of the island of Solta, whose residents are traditional olive growers. Just renovated, luxuriously equipped stone house, is harmonized into the ambience of the place and provides authentic spirit of Dalmatia. It is spacious and offers sufficient accommodation for larger families or friends. Each room is air-conditioned. The house is equipped with LCD TV, wireless sound bar system and Wi-Fi network. In the original Dalmatian terrace with a Mediterranean garden, in complete privacy, you can enjoy its unspoilt socialize with magnificent views of the central Dalmatian islands of Brac, Hvar and Vis. It has its own private pool 10m x 4m size with outdoor bathroom. Parking is located next to the house. A ride of 3 minutes you will reach the nearest pebble beaches which are situated in Stomorska or to a number of natural beaches on the southern coast of the island. Included in the price on dispose you have the Jeep car with automatic transmission and Ranger with 5 seats. 2 very good bikes. At a distance of 50 m from the house is one of the oldest restaurants on the island.

We, as a family with small children and grandparents (a total of eight people), had a wonderful stay at Miranda’s estate. The house, the rooms, the outdoor area with dining space and lounge, as well as the pool, are all absolutely delightful! The furnishings are very high-end and luxurious, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare even elaborate meals. As a special extra, there is a built-in stone grill where you can even cook a Peka over an open fire. Every second spent at the estate was pure enjoyment!If you do want to venture out and drive to a beach on the island, the two cars provided (a pick-up and a Fiat 500) are very practical, and also help preserve your own vehicles.We can only warmly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

This property is simply outstanding. Everything has been done with care. The house has four very good bedrooms each with an excellent en suite bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and we coud easily handkerchief meals for 11 people. Miranda added sone beds to the rooms to provide the extra space we needed. The outdoor space is extraordinary. The pool is excellent and a good size. The entire outdoor area is setup with beautiful gardening and various different spaces to sit. There is a large outdoor table where we ate most meals. There is an outdoor cooking area with a sink and a huge oven where you can create fires for grilling or trying the Croatian peka method of cooking. The town itself

We stayed there for 9 nights. The house had a higher standard than we anticipated. All the rooms had air condition, good beds and bathroom, and the standard was high. The house had everything we needed.The pool, outdoor area was perfect for two families with kids to enjoy a week of slow living. Solta also offers small coast cities with really good food, and beaches.We did a boat trip around the island, highly recommended.The host was very quick to answer and fixed transport for us from the ferry. Everything was very convenient and easy. Great place, highly recommended. We did not want to go home

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this amazing villa and can’t wait to return again. Šolta is a lovely, quiet island compared to the busier, more touristy ones. The villa is absolutely perfect for a family holiday with 4 en-suite bedrooms, a large pool and great bbq. The two cars included are also a huge benefit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and Miranda is the perfect host.
