Welcome to our charming and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located on the lower level in the Sports Village community in beautiful St. George, UT. This vacation rental is the perfect choice for couples or small families looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway surrounded by stunning red rock scenery. It has a view of beautiful mountains and breathtaking sunsets off your private patio.
You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more. Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a cabana next to pools.
-2 large pools (family one is heated), other one is for 18+ adult pool. Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi's - open year round
**Pool towels are also supplied but need to be returned to unit after use!**
-Full size tennis courts
-Pickleball courts
-Workout room
-Jogging paths, shuffleboard and playground
-Full court basketball
-2 Full size racquetball courts
- Ping Pong Tables, Foosball, Indoor mini golf
-Sand Volleyball
Spend the whole day outdoors however you please.
Hiking available:
Lava Flow Overlook Trail, Johnson Canyon Trail, Petrified Dunes Trail, Three Ponds Trail, Zion National Park is approx. 50 min away, Snow Canyon State Park.
Mountain Biking Available:
Anasazi Trail, Green Valley, Gooseberry Mesa, etc.
Golf Courses Nearby: Sun brook Golf Club, South Gate Golf Club, Dixie Red Hills Golf Club, etc.

It was our first time to St. George, Utah and this was the perfect place to stay. It was a great location and had a homey feel. We would stay again.

It was a clean, comfortable stay. I do feel 5/5 stars for the clean and adequately stocked accommodations. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Patio and view allow visitor to absorb St George’s beautiful natural surroundings. Quiet location for larger complex. The layout of condo definitely made the best use of roughly 800 square feet. Perfect for single person or couples traveling. Some of the details to help others make an informed decision. The property is dated so a few quirks. The shower in tube is large and may be difficult to get in and out of if one has mobility issues. It is a ground floor condo, but it is a full flight of stairs to get down to condo from parking lot. Swimming pools, club house and hot tube are across the street in next complex block. Garbage bins are not in parking lot, but are roughly a half block away.
