Hot tub was hot most of the time. One morning did not warm up.

The property description was accurate. The house is close to amenities including grocery stores. There are not a great deal of restaurants to choose from within the area.
I was disappointed with the state of the mattresses. They’re old, soft, lumpy and squeaky…..they were quite uncomfortable.

We loved the size of this 5 bedroom vacation home, it gave us the space we needed.
The kitchen is appropriately stocked with appliances, pots/pans and utensils that we needed to cook whatever we needed.
The pool and spa are TERRIFIC and were just the right thing to have after a day of running around the theme park.
The host was responsive to our needs - we had 2 issues after check-in (the disposal and spa were not working) and our host had them fixed ASAP.

Overall, I would rate the stay as OK. The house layout, pool, neighborhood, and location were all great. However, the home was hot and not being able to put the temperature at a temperature that is comfortable for my family made the stay a bit uncomfortable for us, especially at night when it was in the 80s(at night) & high 80s (during the day) all that weekend. The thermostat was controlled by the owner, and the dial was blank, so we could not confirm what temperature it was set to be on. (Not lowering the temp beyond a certain amount is also a rule, but you couldn't control it anyway.) I understand the need to protect a rental property and that some renters can be abusive, but we do not vacation that way, so it was a bit annoying to have rules of what to do and not do, along with the charges you would have if you did them, posted on the walls at every turn, I would have much preferred this to be in the listing or sent with the confirmation emails. I wouldn't say not to rent, just be aware that there are quite a few rules, but you won't forget them because they are posted everywhere!
