The Space:
This 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd story corner condo, completely remodeled in 2017, is the perfect place for you to enjoy your morning coffee while the sun comes up and the white wash of the waves come in.
The comfortable great room is perfect for cozying up and watching a movie or playing card games with its comfortable seating cluster where you can watch the flat screen TV, enjoy the TV and the view from the dining table for 4, or satisfy your culinary desires in the completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, a kitchen bar, and a peek ocean view.
The bedroom, furnished with a Queen bed, has a ceiling fan for your comfort, and a dresser. There is 1 fully updated bath with a large walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 2 in beds and there can be a max of 3 guests. All bed and bathrooms are amply furnished with premiere linens to ensure your comfort.

La Jolla Shores' picturesque sandy beach runs north from La Jolla Cove and offers great snorkeling and scuba diving. Known for its galleries, shops, restaurants and the highly scenic coastline, La Jolla is also home to branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art of San Diego. To the north of La Jolla is Torrey Pines, home to the Torrey Pines Golf Course, one of the nation's finest public golf courses and the site of the Farmers Insurance Open in late January or early February. Located around the course is the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, which offers paths and rock outcroppings to hike on as you make your way to pristine and often empty beaches.

It is only a 20-30 minute drive to most of San Diego’s world-class attractions such as Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Balboa Park, and downtown’s Little Italy and the Gas Lamp District.
You may use owner’s surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
No smoking inside or outside this property - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home has a minimum stay requirement per the HOA guidelines. 30 Day Minimum
No pets are allowed at this property.
There are no barbeques in this 12-unit complex.
This condo is on the 2nd floor and only accessible via the stairway; there is no elevator.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
Homeowners and management are always updating the units.. so furniture and fixtures are subject to change.

We had a wonderful stay here! It was clean and cozy and the views are amazing. Recently redone interior is modern and beachy; and the kitchen is well stocked. It's small, but that didn't bother us. There is a garage which is helpful since parking can be a challenge. Laundry room is next to the garage with bike storage. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the heart of town with lots of restaurants even closer. We spent many lovely evenings hanging out at the beach - very relaxing. I almost didn't want to leave a review since we definitely want to return and hope it doesn't become so popular that we can't get a reservation!

Beautiful location with the sound and site of the ocean from the living room window. The beach and sunsets at Windansea are amazing! We loved the artwork on the walls done by the owner. This condo had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. Thank you so much to the hosts! We hope to be back soon.
