"Miravista", also known as Leeward Key 1001, is a rare 4 bedroom /3 bath vacation rental reasonably priced year round with stunning views. The condo comes with beach service of 2 chairs and a umbrella each day of your stay from March 1 -October 31 Why cram together when you can spread out in this great property and still have a great view. The two king bedrooms as well as the living room and balcony have sweeping views of the gulf. The photos do not show how great the view is from this condo.
This condo is spacious and well laid out, two bedrooms on one side of the condo, 2 bedrooms on the other side with a large balcony extending from the living room to one of the bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect location!

The place is nice, but getting a little rough around the edges. It needs some general maintenance and updates, caulk around the showers, newer showers, TV remotes that let you fix things (they all told you what was happening), doors that opened without a struggle. Nothing major just things to make it better. I did love all the photos and the way the place was arranged to make it comfortable and welcoming. The pools were a little chilly and I wish they heated them, but they had warmed up by the end of the week. I also wish you got 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs when you rent that size condo, we didn't use the 2 because there was never enough room for all of us. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and plan to go again next year.

We loved staying here! The view the cleanliness. Fast response from maintenance, our very first morning the faucet broke. From phone call to report to completely replacing kitchen faucet was only a hour. Will definitely stay here again!
