Crikvenica is popular for long pebble and sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. A handful of water sport activities are available in the area, including water skiing, snorkeling, diving, jet-skiing, parasailing, paddling, and other fun activities on the water. Very popular are daily boat tours to the island of Krk and to coastal places along Kvarner. We recommend visiting the urban center of Rijeka city (a 30-minute drive) and cycling along the coast. If you love spending time in nature, do not miss to visit nearby national park Plitvice Lakes (1hour 45 minute drive), which is one of the most popular national parks across Europe.
