***We are looking for a MINIMUM 3-month stay and 4-month MAX. We only rent out in the Winter months (December-April) to one family. The rest of the time our family enjoys the condo. Constant home-cleaning, disinfecting and inside pest control is done. The safety of my family and tenants are paramount. Balcony provides a beautiful view of the Lake and a Western sky view with gorgeous Sunsets. There is also a sitting area in the balcony that is actually indoor/air-conditioned. Mini refrigerator.

The condo is roomy, the view is great, the location is very convenient to Naples and many good restaurants and activities. Very nice and convenient pool and exercise facility and pickleball courts. Carlos was very responsive and friendly.

The stay in Naples was wonderful and the location is great. The condo is very nice and you could not ask for better host, Carlos and Elaine . I highly recommend this property in Naples.
