Unit was clean and well appointed and check-in was easy. Had some challenges communicating with host. Would definitely visit the Grace Bay area again in the future.

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! It came fully equipped with beach gear, board games, kitchen essentials, and more, making it feel like home. The décor was beautifully inspired by Turks and Caicos, adding to the island vibe. The location couldn’t be better—just a short 5‑minute walk to the beach. The host was always easy to reach and provided great local recommendations whenever we needed them. I’d highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Providenciales.

Amazing stay! Great communication! Loved the patio area and amenities included!! The location is awesome and easy to find. Parking was never a hassle. The villa is in a great spot and not too far from any gorgeous beach! The villa is conveniently located close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay in this Villa! Such a nice place and beautiful island.

We stayed at The Cottonwood House and honestly, it was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, and had everything you need for an amazing stay. The full kitchen made it really easy to cook meals at home, and they had everything you could possibly need for a beach day—chairs, umbrella, even beach goggles.Cleanliness is a big deal for me, and this place delivered. The towels, sheets, and overall condition of the apartment were pristine. You can tell the owners really care. The location was great too, close to everything by car and also quiet and peaceful. The condo grounds were just as nice as the inside, with two gorgeous pools and stunning views of the ocean.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos. It made our trip feel extra special and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
