The house lies on one of the best streets on Anastasia Island with expensive waterfront homes. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the Bridge of Lions and another 5 minutes to the historic center and a short walk to several good eateries and bars. Recently renovated and decorated with designer touches throughout by its' architect owner. With the water being only a few hundred feet away, the house often receives nice regular breezes in the afternoons that gently sway the palm trees in the front yard. You'll enjoy relaxing in the shade of the private garden/courtyard that the house wraps around.
