Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, tastefully decorated flat for rent in Vannes, just 5 minutes from the station and close to the town centre. It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a beautiful, light-filled double bedroom with storage space and a bed measuring 160x200, and a bathroom (with a bath). You can enjoy a lovely enclosed garden of around 90 m² for those beautiful summer evenings. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. Wi-Fi included, via fibre broadband.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 27 m² living room with a TV and a small office area featuring a fold-out desk facing the window overlooking the garden.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob..
- A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a shower, bath and separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional amenities: a barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
