The Space:
The master bedroom has a king-size bed; bedroom 2 can be configured with a queen-size bed or two single beds; bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed (bedroom 3 is accessible only through bedroom 1 or bedroom 2). The master bathroom features a bathtub and a shower. The second bathroom has a shower.

• Occupancy: Max 6 registered guests (no unregistered overnight visitors)
• Quiet hours (house policy): 11:00 PM–8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors and local ordinances
• Events: No parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or amplified music outdoors
• Smoking: No smoking indoors; permitted only in outdoor areas—please use ashtrays
• Pets: Well-behaved dogs allowed by prior request; owners are responsible for pet hygiene and any damages
• Pool: No lifeguard—swim at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times; no glass by the pool
• Waste & recycling: Use the public containers and follow posted guidelines; deposit household waste during the evening collection window (typically 8:00 PM–11:00 PM in summer; 7:00 PM–11:00 PM in winter)
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for your stay. This is processed as a credit card pre-authorization. No funds will be charged to your card unless a debit card or Apple Pay is used. Provided there is no damage to the property, the pre-authorization will be released within two days of your check-out.
• Damages / deposit: Report any damage immediately; costs may be charged to the deposit
• Legal ID: All adult guests must provide ID for the mandatory traveler registry before arrival
