There's a family room with CATV,, game room with large table, board games and puzzles, and entrance to a lower deck. Laundry room. Occupancy Limit 10 . NO SMOKING. Pets are ok with a $175.00 non refundable pet fee per pet. There is easy access to this home located on Little Bear Pen- with a ‘drive through driveway’ and a carport.

Lower level: Bedroom #4- King bed Full bath located in the hallway near the bedroom

This home has a three-night minimum, except for HOLIDAYS AND SOME LOCAL EVENTS.
