You will appreciate the space, the comfort, the brightness, the south-facing orientation, the enclosed garden (700m2) and the location of our house of 160m2 with its 5 large bedrooms, two of which have a view of the sea, our house is perfectly suited to family or friends gatherings (4 to 5 couples).
Large beach of Trestraou at 700m, town centre and the market at 900m, the GR at 800m, Ploumanach at 5km. Ideal starting point for your discovery of the pink granite coast. An Intermarché at 800m.
On the first floor: small veranda, large entrance hall equipped with a cloakroom and a wardrobe, independent fitted and very well equipped kitchen,
living room – living room opening onto terrace, a bedroom and a toilet with shower and toilet.
Upstairs: small mezzanine, 4 bedrooms refurbished with parquet floor and a bathroom with double sinks and bath.
Separate toilet.
In the basement: a linen room.
1 parking space at the back of the house (dead end)
In front of the house, wide street, ideal for parking.
