Relax with family or friends at this peaceful complex of 3-bedroom villas. Each villa features air conditioning and its own private swimming pool, offering a comfortable and cosy retreat. Please note: Villas are allocated according to availability on the day of arrival.

Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 Km). Therefore, it is not surprising that along it has been developed one of the best tourist areas of the island. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving center, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Just 7 kilometers from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.
Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests
No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.
Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.
Accommodation in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule.

We were delighted with the villa and the service from the team was exemplary. We would definitely recommend. The area is very quiet. You need a car. But the local restaurants were great. Unfortunately, we needed to use the medical centre, but that was amazing too! Felix and Nazaret went above and beyond! thank you.

Check-in went fairly smoothly. The villa is about 2.6 km by car from the center of Son Bou. If you want to walk down, the beach should also be within easy reach.The location of the house is good. Now for the less good things. The kitchen equipment could be better. Simple things like salt and pepper shakers were missing. Egg cups were also missing.The furnishings in the accommodation are relatively simple and past their best. The seating area in the living room was stained and worn.There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The shower is so narrow because a shower panel was installed. It's a matter of taste, but why not install a nice, large shower in a bathroom this size?Speaking of the shower, the shower heads were completely covered in limescale, and the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Corners in some rooms were completely overlooked during cleaning.I know we Germans are considered picky, but this was our fourth finca on Menorca, and in terms of cleanliness and amenities, it wasn't the best.The pool was adequate. The outdoor area was also fine, but unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, there were no insect screens on the windows. We had a problem with the air conditioning, which was fixed the next day. There was nothing to complain about with the on-site service. Finally, the checkout time was definitely poor. We hadn't experienced anything like that before in Menorca.
