We love staying at our new condo to get a feel for what the rental experience is like for our guests. We work hard to make sure it is a place where our guests will enjoy staying.
We maintain a well-stocked kitchen and also provide enough bath towels, pillows and blankets for 6 guests. We strive to provide a clean and well maintained vacation rental.

The hallway ends at the living area. This area is very open and bright and has amazing views of the gulf through the beautiful french doors and windows that span the entire width of the room. Out the doors, is a roomy deck where you can relax and enjoy seeing the beautiful emerald coast water and feeling the nice breezes coming off of the gulf.
The Living area has a queen sleep sofa.
The kitchen is open to the living area, has a spacious peninsula with additional seating. and is well stocked with plenty of dishes, bakeware, cookware and utensils for cooking, baking and eating. Second stay here- we loved it just as much as the first time! Very clean on arrival. Codes worked fine! Kitchen well stocked along with the rest of the condo! Appreciated the long hallway rugs to muffle the kids steps and to keep from walking on the cold floor entirely! The king bed was just as comfortable as last year’s stay, too! Pool was clean the whole stay! There’s a wash off area beside the pool to rinse the sand from self, toys, and chairs.

We had a great stay. Everything was just as listed. Location to the beach was very close. Everything was very clean and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks and this place was a dream! You can' t beat the location and views! The host and Maddie were super. responsive and so nice. I think the pictures don't do it justice, frankly. It was clean and well stocked. You can tell the host thought of everything from utensils to appliances, dishes, small touches like sensor nightlights throughout (for those middle of the night bathroom trips) and overlooking the pool was nice. It The only minor annoyance was the amount of noise coming from the upstairs guests the last week I was there (think herd of elephants lol). However, given that the building is made of wood so virtually zero insulation and this being a busy vacation spot with high turnover this is more of a crapshoot with what neighbors you get - nothing the host can control so don't let this deter you - just shoot for more beach/pool time. :)
