Great location within walking distance to almost anywhere you would want to go. Very spacious and well equipped to be self functioning. Staff were very patient, easy to deal with, welcoming, and provided us with everything we needed. Highly recommend, especially for larger groups needing more space.

Stay was great Easy check in, just maybe could of listed in the arrival text message where to find key box as we had to call to ask where to locate this, whilst on the phone we found that the rear door was already left unlocked? (Not sure if this is normal practice)Also we found that we had minimal space to dry any washing as no clothes dryer and the clothes airer was broken and held together with cable ties so didn’t hold a lot of items at all. Also some photos from the website may need updating as things are no longer present at the property.

Reviewer Comments:
Beautiful home that had just about everything we needed. Perfect for winter with the wood fire heater. Husband just recommended the heater is to be cleaned so less smoke in the home when new firewood is started. But our red gum burnt beautiful over the week. Perfect location close to amenities, restaurants, Cafe and shops.Unfortunately we had no sleep over the weekend of our stay due to maybe other holidayers or locals were running around the street of the home yelling at each other for hours in the middle of the night and keeped harassing our dog in the backyard through the fence, which left us with a very tired and overall underwhelming experience in the end. Our lab, cooper was left barking and anxious. Never had this before, but nothing to do with Jack's Shack personally just maybe the people in the area the week of our stay.
