• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM daily and are enforced by condo security. Security may ask guests to leave if these rules are not followed, and the incident will be reported to the booking platform.



• Trash Disposal: Guests are kindly asked to dispose of trash in the on-site dumpster during their stay.



• Guest Count: The base nightly rate includes up to three guests. Additional guests beyond three are $15 per night to help cover extra cleaning and laundry.
