Nestled on the peaceful shores of Langford Lake, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers the perfect escape for families or friends. Enjoy stunning lake views and direct water access right from your doorstep!
The space
This cozy suite occupies the entire lower level of the home and includes:
● Spacious living room perfect for relaxing after a day out
● Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals
● Dining area for family meals or casual gatherings
● Shared laundry area with washer and dryer
Located just minutes from downtown Langford, you’ll have easy access to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, the Westshore YMCA, and Starlight Stadium.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the lower level. Please note that the upper level of the home is occupied by long-term tenants, and the backyard and dock are shared.
Other things to note
House Rules:
● No smoking on the property, including vaping
● No parties or loud noises
● Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
● No pets allowed
● Only registered guests are permitted
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property and fines.

Lovely, relaxing cabin/suite on the lake. Some nice trails nearby. Easy to get to downtown and to Victoria. Real easy to spend time on the dock and watch the world go by.
