Great view. It is sparsley furnished though and could use more ambient lighting.

Myself (21) and 8 friends spent a great weekend at this property. Arrival and check-in went smoothly and we found the cottage to be as advertised, freshly renovated and well within our standards of cleanliness. We were concerned of the neighbors and dealing with noise complaints given past reviews and the fact that the public beach access stairs are on this property however we had no issues with any of the neighbors. Another thing, while this property does have a good view of the water, the actual beachfront is down about 3 flights of stairs from the cottage backyard. Not a problem for us but figured it should be mentioned. Lastly when we arrived there was someone in the yard mowing and blowing off the padio well after our check-in time. Not sure whether this was the owner or a property maintenance team but we would have appreciated that being done before our arrival but they were respectful so all is well. All in all we had a very good stay at this property and feel like it is a great property to rent with friends as long as you are willing to respect the owners property and the neighbors.

The cottage location is beautiful, the view of the water is stunning…. The bugs inside are unbelievable. We weren’t able to eat outside which is understandable but we were unable to eat inside either!! The bathroom had thousands of bugs in the morning. We left our soap, toothbrush’s, bread, fruit, sugar practically everything packed up and left by 9:00am to wash up at Tim’s.
I would give this place 1 ⭐️ view.
