Everything about the Fabulous Flamingo was perfect! Five minutes after we checked in I requested to book this wonderful property for years to come. The home is immaculate, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. In addition, the attention to detail, the fun art gracing the walls all make it feel like your home not just a rental. The pool is wonderful and the fenced-in yard was truly appreciated by us and our 2 little dogs. Great neighborhood to take morning and evening walks too. The location is fabulous; 12 minutes to Pass-a-Grille beach, 8 to St. Pete beach, 18 to the downtown pier, and the Corey Ave shops and market are 3 minutes away. We felt truly blessed to call the Fab Flamingo home for 5 weeks and would stay again in a heartbeat!

NextHome Beach Time Realty was a great agency to rent from and they went out of their way to help us. We accidentally left a few things at the house and they were kind enough to send them to us. That was above and beyond and I am very grateful.

This home was perfect for our month long stay in St. Pete Beach. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, close to everything you need, but not in the traffic. The home was very comfortable & spacious w/ comfortable beds, several entertaining areas and fantastic outdoor area. We would certainly rent the Fabulous Flamingo again!
