The Space:
Set in the heart of Provincetown, this colorful three-bedroom retreat gives you a comfortable place to relax between beach days and adventures around town. Inside, an eclectic collection of artwork adds plenty of personality, while outside, a private seasonal patio offers your own space to enjoy morning coffee, fire up the propane grill, or settle in for dinner outdoors.
The home sleeps six across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the first floor, you'll find a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination, along with a second full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with a full bed. Mini-split A/C, WiFi, TV, and a washer and dryer provide the everyday comforts you need throughout your stay, and dogs are welcome to come along for the vacation.
When you're ready to explore, simply step outside and experience everything Commercial Street has to offer. Shops, restaurants, galleries, and entertainment are all close at hand, including nearby favorites like Kung Fu Dumplings and Tin Pan Alley. Provincetown Harbor is nearby, while beautiful Herring Cove Beach is just a short drive away. Bright, clean, centrally located 3br/2bath rental. Bathrooms are both on the first floor. Well appointed spaces with individual heating and cooling. Management was very responsive to questions. Would stay again! Parking lot available across the street.

Overall was a good stay, amazing location on Commercial Street near heart of everything and yet removed a bit behind the alley making it quieter overall. Was not happy with getting message the day before saying the washing machine was broken and they didn’t offer anyone to come fix it. They offered to cover dry cleaning fees but because of the timing and how busy Ptown was for carnival this was not realistic (for us nor the companies we inquired with). Also a basic consideration for leaving more towels and sheets since the machine was inoperable would have been nice (one towel per person for the entire stay was not ideal).The living room setup leaves a bit to be desired couch is very small; a sectional might have made better use of the space. Also having both bathrooms on the main floor and none upstairs was less ok than we expected. Check out time by 9am is a bit ridiculous as well. Overall decent stay, would definitely not seek the place out again but would not be super upset if it was all that was left to stay in. Additionally, the company itself and lack of consideration will have me booking elsewhere next year.
