Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.
Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space
A five-bedroom home set over two levels, in Fernhill, just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out to great view of remarks.
Bedrooms: Five bedrooms, with fixed configuration.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Ground floor (upstairs) bathroom with standing shower and wheelchair accessibility. Downstairs bathroom with standing shower and laundry facilities.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, 4-slice toaster.
Balcony: Small outdoor patio facing the road.
Standard configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds
Bedroom 4: 2 Single Beds
Bedroom 5: 2 Single Beds (Bunk Beds)

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.
The Neighbourhood
Lomond Crescent is in Fernhill, an easy walk into central Queenstown via the Fernhill Town Link Track (which connects through to Thompson Street), or a short drive down the hill.

Distance from nearest supermarket: FreshChoice Queenstown, 64 Gorge Road — 1.9 km
Distance from Queenstown Airport: 8.5 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 1.2 km
Distance from The Remarkables: 24.7 km

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: 13 internal carpeted stairs between upper and lower levels; small ramp at front entry
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

Maximum of 10 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.
At least one guest must be over the age of 22
No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The views from a few rooms are outstanding and memorable. The home was located a convenient ten minutes walking distance from town centre, and the host was v communicative. However, there was a small issue with the air conditioner in the living room that could not be resolved so the host provided a standing fan. Overall, a great stay that would've been perfect if not for the heat, which made our older guests uncomfortable.

Hello Queenstown (host) were very welcoming and accommodating. Instructions were clear. The house had great views as advertised and the bedding and linen/towels were great. The location was excellent. Unfortunately, the house was not completely as advertised. The advertisement suggested an outdoor balcony and a stocked pantry, and this was not the case. Also, the TV downstairs was not the 45-inch TV promised in the pictures, and we could not get it to work. The house was quite dated. We had to do some of our own maintenance which we had instructions for (fixing tripped switches and unclogging the toilet) but given the price this was frustrating. Also, the kitchen utensils and cooking equipment were in poor condition and could use replacing.
