The Space
A studio apartment on a single level, in Frankton, close to Remarkables Park. The living areas look out to lake and mountain View.
Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with lake and mountain View.
Bathrooms: One bathroom. Standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, 2-element cooktop, kettle, toaster, extractor fan.
Outside: There is a patio out back with a table and two chairs as well as a BBQ.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and patio.

Find yourself perfectly positioned between Frankton and Queenstown CBD.

Distance from nearest supermarket: PAK'nSAVE Queenstown, 302 Hawthorne Drive, Frankton — 4.7 km
Distance from Queenstown Airport: 3.7 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 5.0 km
Distance from The Remarkables: 19.9 km
Distance from Coronet Peak: 20.7 km
Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: External stairs only
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Location: The property sits on a hill
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
